	お買い物の流れ [How to shop]   送料について [Shipping]   お支払いについて [Payment]   返品・交換について [Return & Exchange] 商品の交換・返品は下記の要領にて商品到着後７日以内にお願い致します。 尚、商品の交換・返品の前には必ず e-mail にてご連絡をお願いいたします。 下記の場合は、返品・交換をお受け出来ません。 　1. 一度ご使用、または着用された商品や、お客様のご都合でキズ・汚損等が生じた商品 　2. 特別の事情なく商品到着後７日間以上経過した場合 　3. お客様のご都合でお直しまたはクリーニングされた場合 　4. スペシャルプライス内のアウトレット・セール品 　5. ご注文いただいた商品以外への商品交換 ご注意とお願い 　・ セット商品（コーディネートされた商品）を返品の場合は、セット内容を全て返送ください。 　・ サイズ変更および不良品による同一商品への交換をご希望の際、在庫切れの商品に関して 　　 は返品対応とさせていただきます。 　・ 交換・返品商品は箱・ラベル・袋等、お届けした状態でご返送ください。 　・ 商品のご返送には、事故防止の為、運送便・郵便小包をご利用ください。（普通郵便でのご返 　　送はご遠慮ください。）また、郵便局、運送会社から渡される受領証は必ず返送後一年間は大 　　切に保管してください。 　・ 荷物には、現金等を入れないでください。 返送料について 　・ サイズ違い・イメージ違いなど、お客様都合による返品の場合は、送料はお客様負担でお願 　　い致します。 　・ 不良品・商品違いなどあった場合は、お手数ですが至急こちらまでご連絡ください。 　・ 御連絡無しに着払いにて送られてきました商品は、お受け致しかねますことをご了承ください。 ご返金について ≪代引きでお支払いいただいている場合≫ 　　　「返品交換連絡票」の口座記入欄でご指定いただいた、お客様の口座にご返金させていた 　　　だきます。ご返品いただきましてからご返金までに10日ぐらいかかる場合がございます。 　　　ご了承くださいませ。 　※ 返金時にご負担いただく振込み手数料は 630円 となります。 ≪クレジットカード決済をご利用いただいている場合≫ 　　　ご返品後の差し引き金額をクレジットカード会社発行のご利用明細書にてご案内いたしま 　　　す。クレジットカード会社の締め日の関係で一旦引き落とされてしまった場合は、翌月、も 　　　しくは翌々月の決済日にクレジットカード会社からの精算とさせていただきます。 　☆ 送料・代引き手数料については、ご返金の対象となりませんのでご了承ください。 （もともと 　　　のご注文が一万円以上で送料無料となっていた場合も送料をご請求させていただきます。） 　※ 10,000円以上お買い上げのお客様は、商品配送時に当社が負担させていただいた送料を返 　　　金金額から差し引かせていただきます。 　お送りいただく際、下記の「返品交換連絡票」をプリントアウトし、必要事項をご記入の上、 　商品と一緒に下記の「VONDECA返品交換係」までご返送ください。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　返品交換連絡用フォーマットはコチラ → 　返送先 ： 〒111-0053　東京都台東区浅草橋4-19-3増井ビル3F-A 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　（有）夢企画　VONDECA　返品交換係 For English If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7days according to below guidance. Besides, please send us e-mail by all means before you return. It is unacceptable in following cases. 1. Product you put on. 2. Product have past 7days since you purchase with no reason. 3. Product was fixed or cleaned arbitrarily. 4. Exchange for different product from what you purchased. Attention 1. When you return the product, please use the transportation service or 　　postal package service for prevention of incidents.
